This website is going to be dedicated to the music of Tadd Mencer (ME!) and the many faucets and side streets that travels.
My musical endeavors started nearly twenty years ago when my parents purchased for me my first guitar. It was a crappy little Sears guitar, but it served as the launching point for many songs and garage bands.
The last band I was in was called “GreyHalo” and did the most that any of my bands and projects had ever done. It taught me a lot about music and I was honored and privileged to work with people who I consider the most talented musicians. Sadly, like many things, the chapter closed and we all moved to different projects.
I retained the domain name (www.greyhalo.com) since it was getting many hits and just let it sit idle. I didn’t want it purchased by some weird porno king and be used as yet another doorway to … well, porn.
Fast forward: I took a hiatus from music just letting other things ride in the forefront. Now, however, I have a need to write again. And perhaps I’ll never take the stage and rock out for an audience again - but I’ll definitely rock out for a computer screen and anyone who enjoys my music.
